In 2004, qualified for 2004 Olympic team in 200m free by finishing fourth at Olympic Trials.
In 2003, Was fourth in the 100m free at the U.S. Open. Earned two golds, swimming on the American record-breaking 800m FR and the 400m FR; also finished eighth in the 200m free at the FINA World Championships. Was a member of the U.S. Open record-setting 400m free relay at the Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool; also took fifth in the 100m free and fourth in the 200m free. Won her first U.S. National title, taking the 100m free at the CP Spring Nationals; also was eighth in the 50m free and second in the 200m free.
2002 and 2003 National B team member. 2000 Florida 3A state champ in the 50 and 100 free. 2000 Olympic Trials qualifier at age 13. Two-time HS All American. Broke the National HS record in the 200 yard freestyle. Broke the Florida State HS record in the 100 yard freestyle. Six-time Florida HS State Champion.
